She possesses an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process, performance reviews and management, employment contracts, workplace investigations, and the creation and implementation of workplace policies and procedures.
Danielle’s focus is on making her clients lives easier. She understands that managing people can be challenging and she is always on-hand to talk through specific issues, provide training, or to act as HR manager when needed.
